The website, Guyanaform.com is not affiliated with the Government of Guyana, the Guyana Police Force and more specifically, the Immigration Department and is not authorized to collect personal information of persons traveling to and from Guyana.

The only legitimate online Immigration forms for inbound/outgoing passengers can be accessed through the following website: ed.gpf.gov.gy.

Confirm its legitimacy through official channels (e.g., contacting the airline or travel agency directly).
