On Monday, September 22, THAG met with the newly appointed Minister of Tourism, Industry and Commerce, Hon. Susan Rodrigues, to establish a collaborative working relationship and align strategic priorities for the sector.

Discussions focused on the Minister’s policy agenda for advancing tourism and hospitality in Guyana. THAG shared key issues and proposals while exploring areas of partnership in support of the Ministry’s plans and broader sector development.

THAG reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening public–private partnerships, facilitating constructive dialogue, and advancing advocacy efforts in the interest of its members and the sustainable growth of the industry.
