Key Guidelines for Participants:

● Quality & Presentation

Your dishes should represent the finest in culinary craftsmanship. Ensure your creations highlight the diversity and richness of your menu.

● Guest Engagement

This event is centered around the guest experience. Be ready to interact with patrons, sharing insights about your offerings and helping them explore pairings with the available wines and rums.

● Punctuality & Setup

All participants must be on time to setup on the day of the event at the allotted time stated by the team to allow for smooth preparation and ensure a seamless start. Our team will guide you through the setup to ensure everything is in place.

● Professionalism

Participants are expected to maintain a high level of courtesy and professionalism with both patrons and fellow participants. The evening should foster a collaborative, enjoyable environment.

● Ticket & Chit Redemption

Ushers will guide patrons into the ballroom, where you will showcase your tapas around the perimeter. Each guest will present chits for tapas samples, so ensure that each interaction is seamless and efficient.
